Shawntrell Moore, MA, LCPC, CADC, has worked in the mental health and addiction field since 2009. He has served in various roles within Corrections, Community Support, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings. Some of these roles included Addiction Counselor, Mental Health Therapist, Patient Placement Specialist, Recovery Coach, Respite Worker, and Grievance Counselor. Shawntrell is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor in the state of IL. Amongst other areas of focus, he is interested in Trauma-Responsive Care, Culturally-Oriented Practices, and Motivational Interviewing.

James Hester, MA, CADC, comes with a wealth of knowledge in the addiction field. He has performed clinical practice in an Outpatient and Hospital setting. With 32 years of experience in customer-service, James has been able to creatively personalize the care of his patients and target intrinsic motivation. James is a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor in the state of IL. James primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational-interviewing techniques to connect with his patients and values the importance of modeling skills.
